Enterprise Service Management, built for India
The service desk for companies that service other companies
Every ticket in Unidsk knows what equipment it's about — the warranty status, the AMC cover, whether this is the third failure this quarter. No other help desk does this, because no other help desk also runs your asset register.
Built by RCS Tech · Running support desks since 2001 · Data hosted in India
Two decades before “ITSM” was a category
We didn’t start with Unidsk. We started running support desks.
RCS Tech has operated customer support and service-call systems since the early 2000s — including a support and service-call portal we built and ran for a major printer manufacturer’s India operations, and supportweb.in, built to run support for printer dealer networks. Unidsk is where two decades of running someone else’s support desk gets designed in from day one, instead of bolted on by a team that has never staffed one.
Why Unidsk is different
Generic help desks know the ticket. Unidsk knows the equipment.
Freshservice, Zendesk and the rest are built for internal IT teams supporting their own company. You're supporting someone else's equipment, under someone else's contract. That's a different job, and it needs a different tool.
Asset-linked tickets
Link a ticket to the actual machine — pulled live from your asset register, not typed in from memory. Warranty, AMC and service history travel with it automatically.
- Warranty and AMC status shown the moment the ticket opens
- Full service history for that exact machine, not just this customer
- Repeat-failure detection flags the 3rd ticket on the same asset before your agent has to notice it themselves
Contract-aware triage
SLA isn't just severity and priority here — it's aware of the asset behind the ticket. A machine that keeps failing gets escalated automatically. An uncovered machine gets flagged as chargeable before anyone does free work by mistake.
- Third ticket on the same asset in 90 days moves the SLA tier up a notch, automatically
- Uncovered equipment is flagged for a quote — never silently fixed for free
- The same verdict shown to your agents is what the AI assistant tells customers
| Ticket | Base tier | Actual tier |
|---|---|---|
| 1st failure | Medium | Medium |
| 2nd failure | Medium | Medium |
| 3rd failure | Medium | High ↑ |
AI that acts, not just chats
Ask it whether a machine is covered and who to call — it checks live, not from a stale FAQ. Ask it to log a ticket and it will, but only after showing you exactly what it's about to do.
- Reads live asset coverage before answering — never guesses
- Every write action is held for a confirming "yes" by default
- Every action it ever takes is in a permanent, reviewable log
Governed AI, your call
You decide how much the AI can do on its own
Most AI support tools are all-or-nothing. Unidsk has a dial. Start cautious, loosen it as you trust it — never the other way around.
Built for India, not adapted for it
Compliance you don't have to bolt on later
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act is live. Most service desks weren't built with it in mind. Unidsk was.
Data stays in India
One dedicated deployment per customer — real data residency, not a checkbox on a shared multi-tenant database.
Self-service data rights
Every customer can download their own data or request erasure, right from their portal — with a real published Grievance Officer.
Read the actual notice
Not marketing copy — the live privacy notice this deployment publishes, same as every customer sees.
Pricing
One flat price per agent. Nothing metered, nothing held back.
- Every module included — no CMDB add-on, no AI add-on, no per-module upsell
- AI included and unmetered — ask it as much as you need, it's not billed per query
- Priced in INR, built for Indian support teams from day one
- One deployment per customer — your data, your instance
Every deployment is priced directly with you — not a self-serve card form. Tell us your team size and current tool, and we'll get back to you fast.

Give your support desk the context it's been missing
If you service equipment for other companies — MSP, AMC provider, OEM support arm — we've run desks like yours since 2001, and we'd like to build Unidsk around what yours actually needs.
